I've paid for a download. Where is my file?

After your payment has been received you will receive an email from us with a link to your available downloads. The email will be sent to the address you have provided to PayPal, either as a registered user or through their guest checkout. Please ensure you have used the correct email address. Please check your spam folder if your email does not arrive in your inbox.

I've accessed my download from the provided link but no file has been downloaded.

On a desktop computer please search for the appropriate file name in your downloads folder. If you are using a tablet or smart phone please ensure you have software capable of playing MP3 files installed on your device. There are many free MP3 player apps available on Apple App Store and Google Play.
